I found a few issues . the room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. I noticed some crumbs on the floor. furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of staff during peak times (particularly at check-out), causing delays. the situation wasn't ideal, and i hope they address these points soon.

The hotel is located next to the Queen Victoria Market. This proximity made exploring the area very convenient. The laundry service was also available and I found this helpful. The room was generally comfortable.
My room faced the street. Street noise and noise from doors closing in nearby rooms was audible. The bed was uncomfortably firm and the pool was cold.
